It is time to stop sweating and start living! Sweating is a unique personal experience. Many people only sweat under their arms when they find themselves in a situation of extreme nervousness. Others only sweat if they are outside and it is so hot and humid that one can hardly breathe. Some people sweat basically when they are exerting themselves by exercising or moving around a lot. And then there are those who sweat while they are sitting still in a moderately cool room. It seems like their body likes to sweat just because it can!
Sweating profusely can be a very embarrassing situation. You feel like you can only wear very dark clothing so that hopefully no one will notice; or you feel like you always have to wipe the sweat off your forehead or hands. It can be a very miserable life experience to sweat so much. It’s very embarrassing to always wonder if those around you can smell your body odor because of the sweating. Many have tried carrying extra clothes to work with them so that they can put on dry clothes in the middle of the day. It can be embarrassing as well as tiring trying to stay ahead of the sweating game.
